Stephen M. Lukach, III, Esq., is admitted to practice law in State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. His legal practice centers on DWI defense.

A graduate of Kutztown University, Mr. Lukach was admitted to Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honors Fraternity.  After college, he graduated from Widener University School of Law, where he was a member of the Mid-Atlantic Environmental Law Clinic and also a student member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA).

Mr. Lukach is currently a member in good standing of the National College for DUI/DWI Defense (NCDD).   He has also been qualified by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) as a Standardized Field Sobriety Test Practitioner.  In addition, Mr. Lukach is a Certified Alcotest Operator.  These certifications are a result of completing the same training that all Police Officers should take.

Since he began practicing DWI defense, Mr. Lukach has handled hundreds of cases and he will put that experience to work for you.

Mr. Lukach currently represents clients in the following New Jersey counties: Camden, Mercer, Gloucester, Salem, Burlington, Atlantic, Ocean, Cape May, and Cumberland.
